Access
Your group has private access to both residences and all guest areas within them. Unit 201 is upstairs to the right at the top of the stairs, and Unit 203 is upstairs to the left. Each home has its own private entrance and secure door code. Both units, including all 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and designated outdoor spaces, are included in this reservation.

Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway are approximately a 15-minute drive.

Uber and Lyft are readily available, and bike or scooter rentals are often available downtown. Easy access to I-24 and US-27 makes driving to the Tennessee Aquarium, Coolidge Park, Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and other attractions convenient. Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.

Both residences are upstairs and require stair access. Guest parking is located one block away at 1366 Cowart Street in the Republic Parking lot. Guests must register their license plate using the link provided in the check-in instructions and renew the validation every 24 hours for complimentary parking. Please review the arrival instructions before check-in.
